The official petition challenging the Presidential Election of February 28, 2023, and its resulting outcome, in which Asiwaju Ahmed Tinubu was declared President-Elect, has been submitted to the Presidential Elections Tribunal by Mr. Peter Obi – the Labour Party’s nominated candidate.
The announcement of the submission was made early Tuesday morning when Dr. Yunusa Tanko, Chief Spokesman for the Obi-Datti Presidential Campaign for the Labour Party, sent a message to Vanguard.
In his words: “It is official – the Labor Party Presidential candidate Peter OBI has filed his petition to the presidential elections tribunal in Abuja. The process of reclaiming the people’s mandate has started.”
