Senator Orji Kalu, former Governor of Abia State and current Senate Chief Whip, announced the passing of his wife, Ifeoma, on his official Facebook page on Monday.
Ifeoma, who was 61 years old, was described by Kalu as a woman of virtue who dedicated her life to serving God and humanity.
A memorial service in her honor will be held in the United States of America.
