A tragic incident occurred in Belgrade on Wednesday when a seventh-grade student opened fire in a primary school, causing injuries and reportedly killing the school guard.
The police received a call about the shooting at Vladislav Ribnikar primary school in central Belgrade and quickly arrested the suspect, who apparently used his father’s gun to fire several shots at other students and the guard.
The incident has shocked the country, as mass shootings are extremely rare in Serbia.
