A tragic incident occurred in the Kpaduma ll area of Asokoro in the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, where a woman named Zainab Ibrahim lost her life while trying to break up a fight between her two sons, Inusa and Usman.
According to reports, Inuwa accidentally struck his mother on her left hand with a machete while attempting to attack his brother.
Zainab was immediately rushed to a private hospital, but unfortunately, she passed away.
The FCT command has launched an investigation into the matter, and Inusa is currently at large while Usman is in custody.
