Here Is The Easy Money-Making Trick Everyone Is Talking About! Learn More Here!
Davido is letting fans in on a different side of his journey—one where peace of mind outweighs the party scene.
According to The Nation, the Grammy-nominated Afrobeats star recently opened up during an interview on The Breakfast Club, sharing how women once played a dramatic role in his life and career.
He admitted that his past lifestyle, especially when it came to relationships, brought more stress than satisfaction.
Davido revealed that getting married changed everything for him—including how his team views him now.
“The other day, I walked in on my boys talking, and I asked what the conversation was about. They said, ‘Boss, we’re not having any fun. You’ve changed. Where are the girls?’” Davido recalled.
His response was direct and loaded with meaning: “Where are the girls? When I get into trouble, everybody disappears and leaves me to deal with the internet alone. Nah.”
The music star didn’t shy away from his past, saying that the chaos of dealing with multiple relationships wasn’t worth the cost.
“I’ve had five kids with four different women. That came with a lot of challenges,” he said.
But that chapter, according to him, is behind him.
Davido now values peace over popularity, and calm over chaos.
“I’m good now. Trust me, I’ve been at the highest of the highest. The best time is when there’s no problem at all. I don’t care how much money you have—there’s nothing like peace of mind.”
The Afrobeats sensation’s shift toward a quieter life marks a new direction—one that, by his own account, brings more joy than the wild days ever did.
