I transferred 40k on 20th of February but I only received 30k and till now d money has not reflex back.
Went to withdraw 20k with my Zenith bank ATM card from a UBA branch here in Aba. Was debited by the machine but not paid. I went into the bank ie UBA to complain after waiting in vain for it to be reversed. UBA told me to go to Zenith bank to rectify the problem. At Zenith bank I was told to wait for some days…Now this money was to be sent to someone needing immediate medical attention in the hospital.. .. up till now my money is yet to be credited back to me. Now what is my mistake? banking with Zenith bank? or having to make use of a Zenith bank ATM CARD in another bank ATM machine? This is so bad. Honestly I’m unable to describe how I feel right now regarding this situation.
