In an interview with BBC Pidgin, Atiku Abubakar — the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Nigeria’s upcoming elections — revealed what he would do in the event that he loses.
He stated that he would take it “in good faith”, as he is neither the first nor last person to face such a situation in life.
Regarding allegations of corruption, Atiku maintained that throughout his career all such claims against him have been investigated and always found to be false.
