Who is the highest paid player in Ghana Premier League in 2022?

As every year goes by, football on the African continent continues to evolve in every sphere.

The competitive level, style of play, the development of the players as well as their welfare have greatly improved from what they used to be.

And in Ghana, in contrast to what was the norm before, where the welfare of the players plying their trades in the league was a major problem for decades, owing to the inability of successive FAs to get sponsorship for the league, there seems to be a wind of change right now.

It would be recalled that for three years, the league was unable to attract sponsors but fortunately, the current Kurt Edwin Simeon Okraku-led FA has been able to poach a betting company to sponsor the league for the next three years.

While the sponsorship isn’t totally expected to change the salary sheet of the club sides in the league, it however will bring a financial respite of some sort to all the clubs which will enable them to pay their players’ salaries rapidly and wholesomely.
