The All Progressives Congress Presidential Campaign Council has refuted claims that the President-elect, Bola Tinubu, was flown abroad due to illness.
Rumors making rounds in the country allege the erstwhile governor of Lagos State, was flown to London on Tuesday evening on medical grounds.
But this event is only one of various allegations surrounding the health status of Mr. Tinubu.
However, Tinubu, alongside his campaign party at the APC, has always denied being medically unfit.
Responding to the allegations, Bayo Onanuga, the Director of Media and Publicity for the APC PCC, has denied the claims, asserting that Mr. Tinubu went on a vacation.
He suggested that Mr. Tinubu would soon issue a formal statement concerning his latest voyage abroad.
