Worst train crash in the last two decades leaves Nearly 300 dead

A tragic train accident in the eastern state of Odisha, India has left nearly 300 people dead and hundreds more injured.

The Coromandel Express, a passenger train running between Kolkata and Chennai, derailed and collided with a goods train, marking the deadliest train accident in the country in over 20 years.

The crash, which occurred in the Balasore district, has resulted in at least 900 injuries.
