Daniel Riolo, a prominent French football journalist, has slammed Paris Saint-Germain forwards Lionel Messi, Neymar, and Kylian Mbappe for their performance in Sunday’s 1-1 draw against Stade Reims.
Despite the superstar trident in their attacking frontline, the Parisians failed to come away with a victory on the day.
After leading through Neymar’s 51st-minute goal, PSG ended up conceding a late equaliser from Arsenal loanee Folarin Balogun.
Following the game, Riolo blamed PSG’s attack – claiming that it is impossible to get all three players involved in one team – stating: “No coach in the world can play the front three together (Messi, Neymar and Mbappe), it’s impossible.”
The result sees them maintain a three-point lead at the top of Ligue 1 after 20 matches.
