According to the Daily Mail, Mauricio Pochettino, who is set to become Chelsea’s next permanent manager, has reportedly identified three transfer targets for the upcoming season.
Pochettino is said to be interested in signing Alexis Mac Allister from Brighton, Emiliano Martinez from Aston Villa, and Lautaro Martinez from Inter Milan.
While Pochettino will officially take over from Frank Lampard at the end of the season, he is already working closely with Chelsea’s sporting directors to plan for the future.
The Argentine coach is reportedly looking to strengthen the team with a new goalkeeper, midfielder, and striker, and hopes to bring in his preferred targets to Stamford Bridge.
Pochettino has previously managed top clubs such as Paris Saint-Germain, Tottenham Hotspur, Southampton, and Espanyol.
