A tragic incident has occurred involving a female evangelist and a bishop at a hotel in Abia State, Nigeria.
The bishop, identified as Timothy Otu, who is the General Overseer of Agape Evangelical Ministries, has been arrested by the police in connection with the death of the married woman, known as Evangelist Happiness.
The incident took place at Jubilee Guest House in Ovom, Ogborhill.
The manager of the hotel reported the suspicious circumstances to the police, and when they arrived at the scene, they found the woman lying naked with foam coming out of her mouth and nose.
It was later discovered that the woman and the bishop had been involved in a romantic relationship, as evidenced by text messages found on her phone.
The police traced the bishop to his church and arrested him after his Sunday sermon.
The investigation is ongoing, and the woman’s husband was reportedly out of town at the time of the incident.
