10. Dave Sexton

Sexton managed Manchester United from 1977 to 1981. He guided United to the FA Charity shield in his first season in charge before leading them to a silver medal in the 1979 FA Cup after they were defeated 3-2 by rivals Arsenal.

The Englishman guided the Red Devils to a second-place finish in the Football League First Division in the 1979-80 season.
