10. Yannick N’Djeng – Espérance (15 goals)
Yannick played most of his career as a forward for Espérance where he scored a total of 43 goals in 113 appearances. He is the club’s highest goalscorer in the CAF Champions League with 15 goals in 39 appearances for the Tunisian side and also the tenth-highest goalscorer in the competition’s history.
In addition to his incredible numbers, the Cameroon international has also won the CAF Champions League once in the 2010/11 season with Espérance.

Barakat is a retired professional footballer who played as a midfielder notably for Al Ahly during his career. He played for them for nine years from 2004 to 2013 and won the CAF Champions League five times in 2005, 2006, 2008, 2012, and 2013.
The Egyptian is the ninth-highest goalscorer in the history of the CAF Champions League with 16 goals in 68 games.

7. Dioko Kaluyituka – TP Mazembe (18 goals)
Kaluyituka is currently without a club but is notable for his time at TP Mazembe where he spent four years. The Congo DR international has won the CAF Champions League twice in 2009 and 2010 with Mazembe.
He is the seventh footballer with the most goals in CAF Champions League history with 18 goals in 34 games.
6. Edward Sadomba – Al-Ahli Benghazi, Al-Hilal, and Dynamos (18 goals)
Sadomba is a retired professional footballer who played for various clubs in his career including Al-Ahli Benghazi, Al-Hilal, Maritzburg United, Al-Ahli Tripoli, and Dynamos.
Although he never won the CAF Champions League, he is the sixth-highest goalscorer in the competition with 18 goals in 44 appearances.
5. Ally Samatta – Simba SC and TP Mazembe (20 goals)
Samatta is a professional footballer who plays as a forward for Genk on loan from Fenerbahçe. The Tanzanian has a total of 20 goals in the CAF Champions League which he scored across two clubs; one with Simba and 19 with Mazembe.

Flávio is one of the greatest Angolan players of all time. He netted a total of 21 goals in his CAF Champions League career across two clubs; 16 with Al Ahly and 5 with Petro Atlético making him the fourth-highest goalscorer in the competition. He also won the prestigious trophy three times in 2005, 2006, and 2008 (all with Al Ahly).

Meteb is a former professional footballer who played as a forward for Al Ahly throughout his career. The Egyptian international played for the Egyptian side for 15 years from 2003 to 2018 and won the CAF Champions League title five times in 2005, 2006, 2008, 2012, and 2013. He is the third-highest goalscorer in the competition with 24 goals to his name in 74 appearances.

Mputu currently plays as a forward for TP Mazembe. The Congo international is one of two players with 31 goals in the CAF Champions League making him the joint-top scorer in the competition.
He scored all these goals while representing TP Mazembe and Kabuscorp; one with Kabuscorp and 30 with TP Mazembe. The 36-year-old has also won the competition on two occasions in the 2008-09 and 2009-10 seasons.
